Only bookings made through Yebo Rewards or their affiliated Travel Service Providers will qualify for the accommodation discount. Any direct bookings with the establishments will be subject to the full charge without any discount. Any flight, car hire, excursions or hotel/airport transfers, booking requirements will be offered as an additional service at the best rates but will not qualify for the voucher/card discount.

Upon accepting an accommodation request the total outstanding amount less the R500 / R1000.00 discount (Depending on your voucher value) needs to be paid on the day of acceptance. You may also split the R1000 vouchers into two separate bookings of R500 each giving you two holidays instead of one.

Yebo Rewards vouchers/cards may only be used in increments of R500 or R1000.00 per booking per room or per chalet and R2000 on any 7 night booking per room/chalet. Plastic VIP Cards have a maximum usage value of up to R10 000 and are valid for 5 years/ Vouchers are valid for 2 years and may be used twice at R500 off per booking or R1000 for only one booking.

Weekend bookings consist of minimum of 3 nights (Friday, Saturday and Sunday or late Sunday check out) required per stay, (2 nights at certain venues- depending on the offer) R500 / R1000.00 discount per unit/room will be allocated.

Accommodation options: 2/3-night weekend break, 4-night midweek break or 7-night full week break.

All accommodation offers are subject to availability with our preferred suppliers only and subject to change without notice. Discounted rates over peak periods only apply to selected venues.

Up to eight pax will be allowed per booking/unit subject to availability and unit/room configuration of your requested properties.

Please note that Yebo Rewards voucher/card discounts will not apply to already discounted or special rate offers currently being promoted by the participating venues. No discounts upon discounts will be allowed.

Yebo Rewards / Travel Service Provider reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation venues in the event that your requested venue is not available or where the requested venue is no longer made available to us due to reasons beyond our control.

A Yebo Rewards voucher may only be used once or twice (R500 per booking) A wallet card allows multiple usages up to the allocated value.

No refunds, date or venue changes are permitted once the booking has been processed.

All food/beverage/reception-related products and miscellaneous purchases at the venue, not included in this promotion, are for the Yebo Reward\' voucher/card recipient\'s account and must be settled on or before departure.

The Yebo Rewards voucher/card may not be sold and is not redeemable for cash.

Non-compliance of these terms and conditions may lead to the participating venue refusing to honour the Yebo Rewards voucher/card discount.

Yebo Rewards and the participating distribution companies cannot guarantee that the accommodation provider will not make any policy changes and further, do not accept liability for such eventuality, the quality of service or other accommodation provider matters arising from this offer.

The Yebo Rewards voucher/card recipient indemnifies YeboRewards, the service provider and participating distribution company against all and any claims, of whatsoever nature, which may arise because of the non-performance, negligence or omission by any party involved in the provision and the service delivery of this voucher/card discount.

Yebo Rewards may not be held responsible for any misrepresentation by a third party.
